Scaling Agile @ Spotify

One of my colleges recently found this white paper from Spotify discussing how they have implemented Agile in their company. As a large organization delivering a "single" project, they have had to scale agile in a way very few other companies have really had to deal with.

Rather than the traditional "Scrum of Scrum" route, which lends it self to highly linked delivery of single products, Spotify work on a matrix managed approach, of agile teams, grouped into larger tribes and cross cut with business functions called "Chapters" and interest groups called "Guilds"

It is a fascinating look at a company fundamentally changing their own culture and putting delivery at the heart of what they do.
